Knowledge and Strategy Forum 2010

Virtual Intelligence VQ welcomes you, in cooperation with InfoTorg, to the first annual VQ Knowledge and Strategy Forum Legal to take place at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm on 11 and 12 November 2010.

This forum covers topics of interest for leadership, strategy, innovation and technology for the legal and professional services market. This two-day event has a strong focus on the changing legal landscape, how the dynamics of legal services will change in the future, how to leverage the internal knowledge and what strategies or technologies will improve service delivery.

Speakers and topics
There is a mixture of international and Scandinavian speakers providing interesting, practical and visionary insights based on their extensive experience. The first day, 11 November, will be held in English with an international focus, whereas the second day, 12 November, will be held in Swedish and have a more Scandinavian focus.

Friday 12 November (Swedish-speaking day with Scandinavian focus)

The speakers will present topics from a wide range of perspectives, on

  • Legal market trends towards alternative fee arrangements and more focus on an effective and efficient business, legal process outsourcing (LPO), better use of technology and the new Legal Services Act in the UK.
  • Business impacts of changed fee structures for law firms and how to compete in uncertain times; gripping current trends and competitive pressures and changing the traditional business model of law firms.
  • Efficient use of IT to better leverage your knowledge, support your customer and get a more profitable business.
  • Use your know-how as a competitive factor with a KM focus on what generates most business value in combination with an increased use of external information.
  • Trends and strategies for KM; how to implement and organise an efficient KM organisation, how to ensure that your KM initiative supports the whole business and how KM can drive innovation.

Delegate fees

The fee for the two day conference is SEK 15,950 and for one day SEK 8,950 (prices excl VAT). The fee will be invoiced  in SEK, or in EUR if preferred. Further details.

After the end of the conference programme of VQ Knowledge and Strategy Forum on 11 November there will be a complimentary cocktail reception, starting at 5:00 pm.
